Our therapists
Angela Mullen, LCSW
Angela Mullen, LCSW is a compassionate clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and youth through life’s ups and downs. She has a special focus on anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and is committed to creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and truly respected.
Angela brings a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to her work, honoring each client’s unique background, identity, and lived experiences. She believes that feeling seen and valued is an essential part of the healing process.
Her style is down-to-earth and collaborative—she meets clients where they are and works alongside them at a pace that feels comfortable. Using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, she helps clients build practical coping skills, gain insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Angela sees therapy as a partnership—one where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Meredith Blanton, LCSWA
Life can feel overwhelming at times. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, develop new coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. I work with clients across the lifespan—including individuals, couples, and families—on concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, relationship dynamics, parenting stress, and more. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and explore practical tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered in daily life. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s needs.
